ISP change
Because we were paying for the accounts from sbcglobal, when we moved and changed our service provider, i can no longer access the account to get my new password for Guild wars, i was going to just contact them...by phone that is, but there is no number, i really want to play again and i am affraid i am just going to have to go out and buy a new key.....IS THERE ANYTHING I CAN DO????

Contact support via the website. Dig out your cd keys as well in case they ask for them as proof of account ownership.
